Our range of care courses are designed to give you the skills you need to progress to study at degree level or to go straight into work.

Bishop Burton is also one of the first colleges in the country to pioneer the new T-Level in Childcare, which provides an exciting new route into the profession.

Our team has excellent links with more than 100 different placement providers, which give students crucial work experience.

Olivia

Olivia studies the BTEC in Children’s Play, Learning and Development and says the course is helping her pursue her dream of working in a role to help others.

Work placements are an important part of the course, to help you build up that experience. I’ve been working with children who have additional needs at a special school.
