Study Support

We want you to feel confident and comfortable at every stage of your education. We offer a range of support, from helping you to understand assignment briefs to specialist support for people with diagnosed additional needs.

Helping you to get the support you need.

Our Study Support team includes Learning Mentors, Supported Learning Assistants and an Exam Access Assessor, to ensure that you get the support that you need.

They offer a range of support, which is tailored to your individual requirements, including those with special educational needs and disabilities and who have an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) in place.

Support can include in-class support, assignment support, study skills and access to directed study workshops. You may also be able to loan a range of specialist equipment for the duration of their programme of study. For instance, visual stress equipment (i.e. overlays), dictaphones and speech-to-text software.
