What our students say
We think our courses are pretty great but don't just take our word for it. Our students have been telling us all about their experiences at Bishop Burton College.

Bradlee Radford, Apprentice
Bradlee is a Butchery Apprentice with Hull based Cranswick Country Foods, one of the largest pork producers in the UK. In addition to his budding skills as a butcher, Bradlee is also a rugby league star, having played for his country on a number of occasions. Cranswick have been incredibly supportive of his passion.
“I have been very lucky with my butchery apprenticeship, because my employers have always supported me with my rugby career and have allowed me to train and tour with my country whenever needed.”

Alex - Level 3 in Countryside Management
"I've found the Countryside Management course fascinating. I wanted to do something that was outdoors and a bit more physical. I’ve never wanted to do a job where you are inside all the time."

Miriam - Level 3 Land-Based Technology
"I gave up my previous career to pursue my dream of working in Engineering. I don’t have any regrets. I’ve loved every minute of the Engineering course and I’m so pleased I went down the BTEC route."

Abbie Cadman – T Level in Education and Childcare
"The Childcare course at Bishop Burton was a lot more hands-on than any of the other college courses I looked at."

Christine Bye – Accommodation
"I’ve had the best two years of my life and I’ll be really upset when I leave."

Alex Thornber – Plastering
"The teaching staff here are amazing... The course has helped my confidence a lot and I’ve really grown as an individual."
