Are you looking to take the BHS Stage 2 - Coach qualification? This course will prepare you.

It covers a variety of teaching and theoretical topics, including group lessons, the role of the coach, lesson planning and practical stable management. This is done across 2 parts.

The instructor will sign the skills record if you reach the required standard.

Course Information

Stage 1

Six evenings, usually a Monday, from 5.30pm - 7.45pm. You should arrive at 5.15pm to tack up.

  • Jodpurs or trousers
  • Riding hat
  • Gloves
  • Riding boots
This course costs £200 for each part.
