Skills for Life
It may be that some of your staff would benefit from additional support in literacy and numeracy or may wish to achieve a ‘Skills for Life’ qualification for the skills they already have.
Services to Business can help to identify your employees’ basic skills needs and provide them with the support they need.
We can offer:
- Basic skills screening and diagnostic assessment
- Extra support with Maths and English
- Assessment and support for dyslexia
- Use of specialist equipment and learning aids for any physical disabilities or sensory impairment
You know the value of effective teams in delivering your business objectives.
Perhaps though, as you evaluate the options for building your team you are looking for new and interesting ways to stimulate them - do you want to improve their communication or problem solving skills, or do you want them to adopt a more 'one-team' approach - then our customised events may be what you are looking for!
To ensure the event is developmental, feedback is provided after each activity giving an immediate opportunity to reflect on both individual and group performance. This reflection is a critical part of the day, leading to practical changes for individuals to take back and use in the workplace.
We’ve worked to a range of themes in the past, from wilderness skills to a sporting special. Our aim is to work with you to produce an event that matches your own company needs.
