Funded Training for SMEs

Government funding has been prioritised for small to medium enterprises (SMEs), defined as organisations with less than 250 employees.

Funding is available to assist SMEs in delivering training for existing staff and subject to the eligibility of the individuals, may result in fully/partially funded courses.

Apprenticeships

Partnering with Bishop Burton to offer an apprenticeship is the perfect opportunity for your business to develop the staff it needs. 

Apprenticeships can be undertaken by existing staff members, or we can help you to recruit new staff.

Skills for Life

It may be that some of your staff would benefit from additional support in literacy and numeracy or may wish to achieve a ‘Skills for Life’ qualification for the skills they already have.

We can help to identify your employees’ basic skills needs and provide them with the support they need.

We can offer:

  • Basic skills screening and diagnostic assessment
  • Extra support with English and Maths
  • Assessment and support for dyslexia
  • Use of specialist equipment and learning aids for any physical disabilities or sensory impairment
