Here to support YOU by developing your personal and professional skills.
“Hi I’m Simon Horner, Life Coach Team Leader at Bishop Burton.
We know that everyone’s different, which is why we have a dedicated Life Skills team to help you unlock your full potential.
We’re here to help you be the best you possible, to reach your academic, career and personal life goals.
Studying post-18 is about more than gaining a qualification – it’s about gaining positive experiences and understanding more about yourself, developing a wide range of essential life skills so you can succeed in your future career and personal life.
Our newly appointed team of Life Coaches can provide support across a wide range of life skills, including:
Emotional and behavioural development
Mentoring and coaching
Social engagement and interpersonal development
And health, wellbeing and resilience.
We want to support you on every step of your journey, whether is it through 1:1 mentoring and coaching sessions to tackle individual challenges or needs, or through group tutorials and workshops.
Our commitment is to support and develop you, to help you be the best you that you can be!
