Virtual Taster Sessions at Bishop Burton College start next week!

Have you attended one of our virtual open events but still not sure which course is right for you, why not come along to a Taster Session?
Following the success of the virtual open events which have been running monthly throughout this academic year, next week the college will launch its brand-new virtual taster sessions! Starting on Wednesday 10 March, and running throughout the rest of March, April and May, prospective students will be able to sample a taster of what studying their chosen subject is like at Bishop Burton.
We will be running each subject session at both college and degree level, with each one conveniently starting at 4.30pm across all dates to fit around existing studies or other commitments.
Our friendly and knowledgeable academic colleagues will guide students through an engaging 45-minute subject session, with chances to get involved and ask any questions along the way. The sessions will vary across the range of subjects and could include sample lectures, practical activities, seminars, workshops and basic skills assessments. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet other potential students and staff, and find out your next steps in education.
