Rion Taylor-Marks
Rion's journey at Bishop Burton College began with Level 3 Equine Management before progressing through Higher Education to complete a BSc (Hons) Equine Sports Science and Coaching degree. Alongside his studies, Rion achieved my BHS Stage 3 Complete Coach qualification, helping him progress into teaching and coaching roles. Rion now works across the commercial and FE academic teams while continuing his professional development through a PGCE and further BHS qualifications. Rion completed his FdSc Applied Equine Management (coaching pathway) before topping up to the BSc ESSC.

Daniel Ward
An experienced educator, lecturer, and mentor with over 15 years’ experience across primary, secondary, and further education. Currently a Lecturer and Mentor at Bishop Burton College, with expertise in teaching, mentoring, coaching, educational leadership, and digital technologies, including AI. A qualified teacher with a strong background in education, English, media, and pastoral support, they are passionate about developing resilient, confident learners and supporting colleagues through effective mentoring and professional development. Their research interests include leadership in education, technology and AI in teaching, mentoring and coaching, behaviour management, and pedagogical practice.
Adele Sewell
