IT Helpdesk Technician

Full time (with working hours’ flexibility to support weekend and evening events and be part of the emergency rota for out of hours contact duties at defined times)

 

Working in a fast paced, customer focussed IT Department you will be first point of contact for staff and students, ensuring that customer receive the best possible service. This will include supporting and managing resources for college events and commercial activities. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer equipment as well as resolving technical problems across the college.

Educated to GCSE or equivalent in a computer related subject with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent all round knowledge of IT.  You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
