I chose to come to UCBB as I came here for college and was told that the class sizes were really small which was perfect for me. The lecturers are all professional in their field so I knew I would be learning from the very best.

What makes UCBB so unique is the life coaching and the amount of support you get. Because it is a smaller university, there’s a lot more staff that can help you with any problems big or small. The small class sizes are perfect, it makes it really easy for you to come into class without feeling overwhelmed by the amount of people.

A highlight for me would be making new friends. I was really nervous when I first came here as I didn’t know anyone but I’ve made so many friends, from all different courses. Everyone here is really lovely and I’ve found my forever friends.

Advice I would give to someone about to start uni would be not to leave assignments until last minute! Especially in your first year, take longer than you think because you have to do a lot of research, especially in criminology.
