'Live' design projects and competition work develop skills in delivering the highest quality outcomes in response to creative briefs set by employers, community groups and charities. We believe in hands-on, practical learning – in doing the job, not just learning about it. Work experience will encourage you to develop the attitudes and attributes required for employment.

As a design or fashion student you’ll benefit from study visits and guest speakers, and be involved with on- and off-site events and activities - allowing you to show the breadth and depth of your ability to plan and manage design solutions. You’ll gain a practical skillset that will prepare you for the next step in your design education or career.

We offer progression from Further to Higher Education, a rich multi-disciplinary curriculum, and the widest range of opportunities to demonstrate imagination and innovation – all in an environment where these are valued and celebrated.
