The Role

Well-established and highly recommended beef cattle rearing farm.

Duties will include

  • Feed mix, monitoring and tub feeding from calf to full grown cattle
  • Consultant health and monitoring check and intervention and reporting when required
  • Tagging and vet meds
  • Introduction of cattle passports
  • Weight and market recording
  • Dehorning
  • Stock fence control
  • Land monitoring and cattle movements
  • Health and safety

Desired qualifications

You will need to gain level 2 functional skills which will form part of the apprenticeship if you are not at that level currently.
