Equine and Clothing Store Assistant - Thomas Bell

You will be required to be an active team member and to assist with the efficient operations of the Country Store.

A high standard of Customer Service is essential for this position. In return, we offer great training to help you further your skills.

About you:

• A comprehensive knowledge of equine management essential
• Retail and customer service experience an advantage
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Positive attitude
• Able to organise and prioritise your workload
• Keen eye for detail
• IT skills beneficial eg: Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Key responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Processing customer transaction at the till point
• Maintain excellent store standards
• Stock management
• Full time averaging approx. 40 hours per week, based on a rota system involving Saturdays and Sundays
