Inductions

Inductions are compulsory for all new members. Within the induction, qualified fitness instructors will demonstrate safe and effective use of equipment.

The induction cost is £10 however memberships such as 3 month and annual include this cost.

Programmes

Once the induction process has been completed and membership has begun tailored fitness plans are free to all members. Such plans are designed by a qualified fitness instructor in a one on one session to ensure they are goal specific to each individual. Following the initial appointment programmes are regularly reviewed and adapted.
