Classes
The Centre for Sport and Fitness offers a wide range of classes, available to both members of the fitness suite and non-members. Monthly, 3 monthly and annual members can use all the classes free of charge. Non-members and pay as you go pay only £6 a class.

To book your space for a class you can do one of the following:

All classes are free to members and only £4 for non-members. (Reduced rates apply for shorter classes).
What's involved?
Zumba – The Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness work out! Enjoy dancing the calories away.
Boot Camp – Military style boot camp, guaranteed to push you to the limit, weather dependent sessions held outside.
Fighting Fit – An exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit, including shadow boxing, skipping, pad work, press ups and shuttle runs
Abs Blast – A variety of exercises with use of stability balls, floor work and other equipment to train the abdominal muscles
X-Biking – Exercise your whole body with one low impact total body work out while working at your own pace
Complete Balance (Yoga) – A blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates which builds flexibility and strength
Stability Ball – A multi purpose work out using the stability balls which aims at challenging co-ordination, balance and stability
Circuits – All body work out using various exercise stations completed in succession
