Our brand new state-of-the-art Learning Resource Centre is the flagship building at the forefront of our Campus wide redevelopment programme and in October 2008 we were proud to welcome HRH the Princess Royal to perform its official opening.
Ranging over two floors, this innovative and exciting building has been designed to reflect a modern working environment with glass walls making the best use of natural light. It is welcoming, well equipped and accessible to all. We hope you'll agree with our learners when they tell us that we certainly have the Wow! factor.
Bishop Burton College LRC has been designed to provide you with a state of the art learning environment with excellent Library and ICT facilities and services and a range of new e-learning spaces and teaching and tuition rooms – everything you need to help you learn in a variety of new and exciting ways.

Our IT Zone is a very popular key resource for all our learners. Located on the ground floor of the LRC, you will find the latest PCs and IT facilities and skilled help desk staff to support you. You can even book computer time online from home.
