Special Features

One of the most popular parts of this course are the visits to nurseries and botanic gardens. All students have their own horticultural plot to develop during the year.

The horticultural facilities at the College are amongst the best in Britain, with extensive gardens and plant collections. Additional qualifications can be gained whilst attending this course.

People who take this course could go on to..

Work as landscape gardeners, garden designers and builders, nursery managers and garden centre managers. Other students have gone on to work at Wisley Gardens and other gardens of national importance.

Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs at grades A-C

OR

A relevant BTEC First Diploma or equivalent

OR

"Life experience" will also be taken into account when considering applications from mature students.

2 years full-time, September - June
