The programme
E2E programmes have been designed for young people not currently in education, training or employment who are 16-18 and looking to start out on a career path.
This programme will help learners choose the right career path.
E2E can be the starting point for many different careers.

Special Features
All students on the E2E programme are eligible to apply for an EMA allowance which is linked to the amount of hours undertaken.
E2E covers the costs of public transport. Other arrangements are considered on an individual basis.
People who take this course could go on to..
Paid employment, further training and Level 1 and 2 courses across the region.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.
Duration
E2E is a programme based on an average stay of 22 weeks - some may move earlier and others may need more time before they are ready to move on.
