Facilities
These include a purpose-built reptile house, aviaries and a brand new animal management building, housing our collections of companion animals, aquaria and exotic species. The new outdoor facility houses meerkats, primates and exotic hoof stock. There are also purpose-built licensed commercial boarding kennels and a grooming parlour. Other facilities include an isolation suite for trial work and research. Our degree students benefit greatly from our working relationships with the RSPCA, Dog Care Trust, Hearing Dogs and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
